Fructose is not good for the liver and heart

The human body deals with glucose (glucose - dextrose) and fructose (fructose - fruit sugar), the two species Ghazaran sugar in the human diet, are different.http://thegoldenspiral.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/fructose.gif
In fact, every cell of the body almost could be employed to analyze the glucose for energy. As for fructose, the liver cells are the only cells that can deal with it.
What does the liver with fructose, especially when consumed in large quantities with the food, have serious consequences on the liver and the arteries and the heart.
Fructose
* Fructose which is known as «fructose» was not a one day only a fraction of the daily diet of Americans, at the beginning of the last century dealt with the individual in the U.S. average of 15 grams of it per day, mostly from eating fruits and vegetables. Today, the average U.S. per capita intake is 4 to 5 times that amount, most of the sugar refinery, which is used in cereals for breakfast, pastries and soft drinks, fruit drinks, foods, and other sweet drinks.
And consists of refined sugar called sucrose (sucrose) by half of the glucose and fructose, while a rich fructose corn syrup has 55% fructose and 45% of glucose.
Transformation of fructose to fat
* The entry of fructose to the liver activates the series of complex chemical transformations (see the chart on the link-mail: health.harvard.edu/172). The one distinct changes in the liver, fructose is used - the material from the carbohydrate - for the production of fat. This process is called fat (lipogenesis).
Once the liver gets enough fructose to appear very small droplets of fat accumulation in liver cells (see figure). This is called the accumulation «fatty liver disease Allakhola» (nonalcoholic fatty liver disease), because it is similar to what happens to the liver drinkers had a lot of alcohol.
And fatty liver disease affects Allakhola, who was almost unknown before 1980, now nearly 30% of adults in the United States and other developed countries, and between 70 and 90 per cent of people or obese people with diabetes.
In injury early can prevent the development of disease, fatty liver Allakhola, but at the turn of what the liver becomes infected with pneumonia, which can lead to minor damage, known as «inflammation of the liver fatty Allakhola» nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (mean section of the word «steato» fat, while means the section «hepatitis» hepatitis). But, when the inflammation becomes severe it may lead to cirrhosis of the liver of a «cirrhosis», a situation which accumulate in the tissues of the scar, leading to deterioration of liver function.
Beyond the liver
* The decomposition of fructose in the liver does not lead to the accumulation of fat, but it also leads to:
* Increasing the level of triglycerides (triglycerides).
* Increased levels of cholesterol (LDL) LDL.
* Encourage the accumulation of fat around the organs (visceral fat «visceral fat»).
* Increased blood pressure.
* Convert tissue to tissue resistance to insulin, a precursor of diabetes.
* Increase the production of free radicals, active compounds that can damage DNA «DNA» and the body's cells.
Nor will any of these changes mentioned are useful to the health of the heart and arteries.
Researchers have begun to scrutinize the relationship between fructose and fatty liver disease and heart disease. Preliminary results indicate that it is similar to the changes mentioned above, that occur as a result of metabolism (metabolism or metabolism) of fructose.
The article published in 2010 in the journal «New England Journal of Medicine» that people with fatty liver Allakhola to have the most to the accumulation of cholesterol plaque in the arteries than non-infected. As it appears to have at most diseases of the heart and blood vessels compared to the others and die because of it.
Has been linked to a report from the study «Framingham» of the heart between Allakhola fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome (metabolic syndrome), a set of changes that are strongly linked with the emergence of diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Other studies have also linked the intake of fructose and high blood pressure.
Eating sugars
* Is still the experts reveal many aspects of the final before they were sure the relationship between fructose and fatty liver disease, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Despite that eating large quantities fructose is associated with each of these diseases, what is required is that the clinical trials to prove the causes that lead to it.
However, it is better to reduce the intake of fructose, but without reducing the intake of fruits! Valfoake a good source and a small majority of people. However, the great source of fructose is a sugar refinery and the rich-fructose corn syrup.
The American Heart Association recommends limiting intake of sugar in sweetened drinks, pastries, and desserts, and breakfast cereal, in order to avoid weight gain. Therefore, we have to take this same strategy in order to protect the liver and arteries.
